1. Trial

New Starter subscriptions include a seven (7) day free trial. Professional and Enterprise plans do not include a trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. The payment method is authorised but not charged when the trial starts.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription starts automatically at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable tax.

2. Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually, at the price and currency shown at checkout, plus applicable tax. We will send a receipt to the email address on the account. Price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after notice; existing subscriptions keep their price for the current term unless the law requires otherwise.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal or by emailing contact@eptaasolutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for a partially used month or year.

4. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable after the paid billing period begins. Unused AI credits have no cash value and are not refundable. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. If you ask us to begin providing the service immediately, we may charge for the service actually supplied before you withdraw, to the extent the law allows. For digital content supplied immediately, the right may be lost only if you gave express consent and acknowledged that you would lose it. For an ongoing service, we will not treat the right as lost merely because you started using the service.

To exercise a withdrawal right, email contact@eptaasolutions.com before the 14-day period ends. We or Polar will refund the amount required by law to the original payment method.

We will also review and refund duplicate charges, charges after a valid cancellation, and unauthorised charges when verified. Contact us before starting a chargeback so we can investigate.

5. Annual plans

Annual plans are paid in one instalment and renew annually. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Except where required by law, we do not refund unused months. Credits included with an annual plan are granted monthly and do not roll over.

6. Merchant of Record

Polar acts as Merchant of Record for sales made through Polar Checkout. Polar handles payment processing, tax collection and tax-compliant invoices. Polar's terms and privacy policy also apply to the transaction. This policy explains epta's service cancellation and refund rules; it does not limit rights you have against Polar or under mandatory law.
