1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of epta's AI sales-agent service, website and related software. By creating an account, starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you use epta for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.

"epta", "we", "us" and "our" mean [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [COMPANY FORM], registered in Egypt at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], registration number [NUMBER]. Our trading name is epta.

2. The service

epta provides AI-assisted reply generation, knowledge retrieval, channel integrations, approvals, lead and proposal tools, and related features. Features and limits depend on your plan.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sending them and for all activity on your account.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risks, or fail to pay.

4. Plans, credits and fair use

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits. A completed reply consumes a flat number of credits based on the model used: 1 credit for standard/Flash models, 2 for Sonnet-class models, 3 for GPT-5.4-class models, 4 for Opus-class models, 5 for GPT-5.5-class models and 9 for Fable-class models. The current list is shown on the pricing page at the time of use.

Opus-class replies are capped at 4,000 input tokens and 1,000 output tokens per reply. Credits are a usage metric, not money, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire at the end of each billing period unless stated otherwise.

We may change model names, providers and credit multipliers with reasonable notice; material changes will not apply retroactively to used credits. We may apply fair-use limits to prevent abuse, automated scraping, resale, or use that threatens service stability.

5. Trials and billing

Trial and billing terms are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Prices are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Polar, as Merchant of Record, calculates and collects applicable tax at checkout and issues the invoice. Currency conversion and payment-method fees may apply. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use epta to:

• violate any law, regulation or third-party right;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive or misleading communications;
• collect or process personal data without a lawful basis and required notices;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, probe or disrupt the service;
• reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or copy the service except as permitted by law;
• provide regulated medical, legal, financial or safety advice without qualified human review;
• make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight.

7. Customer content and AI processing

You retain ownership of the content you upload or connect. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display it to provide the service, including sending relevant content to AI model providers and channel integrations. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Our Privacy Policy explains processing, providers, transfers and retention.

8. Intellectual property

We own the service, software, brand, documentation and all improvements. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation. AI outputs are provided to you subject to the rights and limitations of the underlying model providers and applicable law.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation unless an Enterprise agreement says otherwise. We may perform maintenance, change features, or suspend the service for security or legal reasons. Support is available at contact@eptaasolutions.com.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. AI outputs are not professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your connected channels, your messages, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, illegal use, security risk or discontinuation of the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain data as required by law or our retention policy. Sections that by nature survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in [CITY], Egypt have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence. Before filing a claim, contact contact@eptaasolutions.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date and, where required, notified by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
