Is epta live yet?
Not yet. This is a product preview: messaging is simulated, and live connections to WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger aren't available yet.
Is the data in the demo real?
No. Every business, customer and message in the demo is fictional, and it runs in your browser.
Where do the replies come from?
Only from the knowledge entries you approve. Each draft shows its source. If nothing matches, epta doesn't guess and hands the conversation to you.
Can I take over a conversation?
Yes, at any moment. Taking over pauses the AI for that conversation until you resume it.
Does it write in Egyptian Arabic?
Replies can be drafted in Egyptian Arabic, Modern Standard Arabic or English, or match the language your customer writes in.
Will it send anything without me?
Only what your rules allow. By default every draft waits for your approval.
Can it give medical or legal advice?
No. It answers only from your approved entries and hands everything else to you.
What happens when a customer is upset?
If that handoff rule is on, drafts pause and the conversation waits for you.
How much does epta cost?
Starter is USD 29 per month and Professional USD 49, before tax. Annual billing is 20% cheaper. Starter includes a 7-day trial with 250 credits; Professional and Enterprise do not include a trial.
Do I need a contract?
No. Choose monthly or annual billing and cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Annual billing is 20% cheaper.
