How credits work
A completed reply uses 1 credit for standard/Flash models, 2 for Sonnet-class, 3 for GPT-5.4-class, 4 for Opus-class, 5 for GPT-5.5-class and 9 for Fable-class. Embeddings are priced separately.
Opus-class replies are capped at 4,000 input and 1,000 output tokens.
The 7-day trial is for Starter only. A card is required, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
You can upgrade from Starter to Professional in the app. The plan changes immediately and the credit difference is added to your balance.
Checkout is handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Pricing questions, answered
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit epta uses to charge a completed model reply. A standard or Flash reply uses 1 credit. Premium models use 2 to 9 credits depending on the model class. The plan's monthly allowance is the maximum number of credits you can spend that month; unused credits do not roll over.
Which plan has a trial?
Starter has a 7-day trial with 250 credits. A card is required, but the first charge happens when the trial ends. Professional and Enterprise have no trial and are billed from day one.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund the unused part of a period except where the law requires it.
Are prices tax inclusive?
No. Prices exclude tax. Polar, our merchant of record, calculates and collects applicable tax at checkout. The currency you choose is the currency you are charged in.
Can I change currency?
Choose from USD, EGP, EUR or TRY before checkout. An existing subscription keeps the currency and price it was created with. Contact us if you need to change it.
